The Steel pipes serve as weapons that both Dingle and Tingle use to defend themselves as for the gloves its just used to manage all of the orders they deliver.

Summary:
This concept art is about a narrative that follows the peaceful and violent life of two street kids, Dingle and Tingle who are adoptive siblings. They traverse as well as survive a harsher version of an urban as well as a bit of a slum London as if it were their playground.
The story stars Dingle and Tingle, a teenager and a child surviving the environment whilst trying to make end meat as a delivery service known as “Mice”, where they ride around a rusty scooter all over the areas to deliver packages whilst owning their market and living in an abandoned subway to hide from the world and live theirs together.
Who Are The Characters?:
Dingle: a rebellious teenager trying to get through, due to wanting to provide for Tingle and himself, Dingle is constantly seen with a haggard expression and baggy eyes to symbolise how hard he works at Mice deliveries.
Dingle is creative, sensitive, independent and protective whilst being both brash and naïve as a result of being unable to have a formal education and socialize due to living in severe poverty in the slums.
Tingle: A mischievous kid, who gets away from trouble as well as annoying her older adoptive brother. She’s a bit of a huge problem child with an extreme personality and tends to pick up a lot of mannerisms from Dingle due to how much she looks up to him as well as being raised by him alone, such as her informal way of speaking and or most of all her goofy face reactions to situations.
The red hoodie she wears was handmade by Dingle which Tingle treasures greatly because it represents his love for Tingle as a sibling and friend.
Depicting the relationship between Dingle and Tingle:
From my personal experience with having younger cousins, I wanted to depict the relationship between Dingle and Tingle to be that of an older brother and younger sister relationship, whilst demonstrating Dingle to be a parental figure to Tingle as well.
