Summary:
The storyboards feature all the scenes that are shown in the animatic and some scenes that were cut out of it, due to deadlines looming over and I wanted the animatic to be selected for further development. The last storyboard begins in a darkish bathroom with a Yokai's hand reaching out to close the tap, making the audience assume that Joe Violence killed Tsukutsu. Only with the twist that it's Tsukutsu that won the battle and the last panels revealing he is a half Yokai himself.

The Production:
This was my first time designing a storyboard for a project that involved violence, so I wanted to get it right. The inspiration for the storyboards came from films and shows like Blade Runner 2048, Castlevania and the Chainsaw-man manga.
